Virtual: Breathe Together In-Person
Weekly on Tuesdays through August, from 10:00 – 10:20 AM.
On Zoom. Once a week enjoy 20 minutes to sit still and practice the kind of deep breathing that fosters calm well-being and can improve our health and our outlook.
