Are you in need of a good laugh? Are you looking to reduce stress, uplift your mood, or increase your energy level? Or maybe you enjoy being around and connecting with others.
Join Patty in a Laughter Yoga Session! (No Yoga knowledge or equipment is needed). A Laughter Yoga session includes light stretching, laughter exercises, deep breathing (the yoga part) - and a lot of FUN!
